What's usually broken

Four things I find in almost every account I open. None of them are about creative or budget size.

  • Ads run, nobody knows which ones pay

Campaigns spend every day, but there is no line connecting a campaign to money in the bank. Decisions get made on gut feeling and last month's total.

  • Reports count clicks, not sales

CTR, impressions, cost per lead. All real numbers, none of them the one you actually run your business on: revenue per dollar spent.

  • Calls and offline deals never get back into Google

The best leads come by phone and close weeks later in your CRM. Google never hears about it, so it keeps bidding for the wrong people.

  • Reporting is built for the agency's comfort

A dashboard that looks busy and answers nothing. You should be able to open one screen and decide where next month's budget goes.

Case studies

Same pattern every time: the account wasn't short of budget, it was short of feedback. Every number below is tracked against what the business actually counts — signed contracts, booked jobs, completed shipments — not platform conversions.

Google Ads, Jan 26 – Aug 31, 2026: 180K clicks and 59.3K platform conversions on $525K spend. 3,065 of them became shipments.
What I did

The platform reported 59,270 conversions — form fills, calls, clicks — and roughly 5% of them ever became a shipment. I imported a hard offline conversion goal, “Order Picked Up,” straight from the client's ops data, ran each vehicle category as its own campaign with its own budget, and kept lead-volume bidding separate from the offline goal. Google learns at scale, the business reports on the real number.

Google Ads, Jan 26 – Aug 31, 2026: 8.28K clicks, 3.08K leads at $10.74, $33.1K spend
What I did

Cost per lead sat flat at $10–12 whether the account spent $3K or $6K a month — the comfortable number to report. The number that pays the bills is cost per verified order. I optimised keyword by keyword against the client's own lead statuses in LeadByte instead of platform conversion counts, and cost per order fell roughly 4x while spend scaled.

Google Ads, 25-day window: 3.44% CTR, 32 conversions, $2.25 CPC, $3.21K spend
What I did

The account arrived with high CPC, irrelevant traffic, low conversion volume and tracking nobody trusted. Full audit, then Search rebuilt from the ground up: intent-based ad groups, corrected geo segmentation, negative keyword lists, call tracking and UTM templates so every lead traces back to its source. One kitchen job covers the month's budget several times over.

What I did

Came in with policy disapprovals, limited delivery and spam calls eating the budget — a category most agencies avoid because of AV friction. I rebuilt Search into intent-based ad groups, cleaned search terms and negatives, rebuilt PMax assets, fixed call quality through CallRail, prepared the Advanced Verification documentation and appeals, and worked directly with Google support until delivery stabilised.

Google Ads, May 14 – Aug 14, 2026: the platform counted 89 conversions at $92.49. Checked against the booking system, 37 were real consultations.
What I did

The problem wasn't spend, it was measurement. Google was optimising toward map clicks and direction requests; the real booking happened off-site in NexHealth and the algorithm never saw it. We built a dedicated implant landing page for paid traffic, wired tracking into the booking system so every call and form tied back to its ad, and reset bidding to optimise for booked consultations instead of soft signals.

Google Ads, Dec 8, 2025 – Aug 17, 2026: 17K clicks, 294 leads at €3.52, €1.04K spend
What I did

Before me there was a website and nothing else — no ads, no tracking. Verified Google Ads account, Search + PMax + remarketing split by real buyer intent, negative lists so nothing leaked to DIY searchers and students, GTM and GA4 wired properly: forms, calls, WhatsApp, UTM on every source. First click in December, first signed contract in May. Five months that look dead on a dashboard — most accounts get killed in that window. This one survived because the tracking was solid enough to trust the pipeline.

What I did

Two languages with different search behaviour, an emissions niche where Google's policy gets touchy on wording, and a low-ticket walk-in model that had to run efficient from day one. Search split by service line and by language — RU and LV in separate ad groups to protect Quality Score — a branded and geo layer underneath, PMax on top, then post-launch cleanup stripping junk conversions so Smart Bidding learned from real leads.

Conversion tracking built from zero: Ringostat answered calls, missed calls and callback requests piped through GA4 as the primary signal alongside form fills. Search split by repair category and by marque, running next to PMax. Two weeks in the data showed PMax converting cheaper than general Search, so budget moved that week — PMax now drives about 69% of all conversions.

What I did

No history, no data, and eight campaign-platform combinations guessing at once. Before a single ad ran I built the full GTM and GA4 foundation so every lead and order traces back to its campaign and keyword. Bing launched on day one as a real second channel rather than a bolt-on test. The account closed its first month in the black.

What I did

On Meta, a core Advantage+ Shopping campaign carries the budget weight with a constant rotation of small-budget creative and audience tests underneath, finding winning angles before anything scales. On Google, branded Search defends the name against competitors while the growth budget runs through Performance Max split by product line and region, so each category bids on its own terms rather than being averaged together.

What I did

One blanket PMax campaign makes Google average its bidding across a $7 pillowcase and a $290 mattress, and the product that actually moves the business gets under-served. I built six dedicated campaigns, one per category, each with its own budget and bidding target, so the algorithm optimises mattresses like mattresses and accessories like accessories.

I'm Anton, and I'm the whole team

Paid acquisition and tracking for service businesses

I run Google and Meta accounts for service businesses in the US and EU, working remotely from Ukraine. Every account above is one I built or rebuilt myself: the audit, the campaign structure, the tracking, the reporting, and the call where we decide what to do next.

What I care about is the number your bookkeeper would recognise. If I can't connect the ad spend to the work you booked, I haven't finished the job.

How we work

Four steps. You'll know after the first one whether I'm worth the money.

Step 1

Call

30 minutes. You show me the account, I tell you what I see — the leaks, the wasted spend, what I'd fix first. No slides.

Step 2

Audit & proposal

Full pass over Google Ads, GA4 and your tracking. You get a written action plan in priority order, and a fixed price to execute it.

Step 3

Setup & launch

Tracking rebuilt first — gclid capture, CRM integration, offline conversions. Then campaigns get restructured and launched.

Step 4

Scale

Weekly optimisation against revenue, not clicks. Monthly report that answers one question: what did the budget bring back?

Bring your account. I'll show you the holes.

30 minutes, no pitch deck. I'll go through your Meta/Google Ads account live and tell you where the money is going. You'll leave with something useful.
